At Polar Haircare, we want you to love your locks; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure products are in their original packaging and securely place them in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
